Our process.

Getting started is easy!

Start by submitting your resume or searching our career postings, then see what doors open.   After reviewing your resume, we call you to learn more about what makes you better than other candidates out there and what kind of job and career you’re looking for.

Once we understand where do you want to go with your career and what would make you happy, we work to find which top companies have career growth roles that will help you get you where you want to go.

Step One

You submit your resume.

Step Two

We connect with you to arrange a 15 minute phone call – you tell us what time works best for you.

Step Three

We chat. You tell us about your experience, your career goals, what you like about your current job, what you hate, etc. We want to hear about your lifestyle hopes, too. Do you want to work less? Travel or commute more/less? Have more time for family? Get paid more? Then we assess whether you might be a good fit for any of our clients.

Step Four

We tap into our network. Who’s looking for people right now and where would you fit based on your ambitions and career goals? Which companies have the best culture, pay structure, projects, security, and are looking for people just like you? What companies would be a good match for what you’re looking for?

Step Five

We contact those companies and advocate for you so that you get that first interview.

Step Six

We set-up an interview, then support you through it. We will help you prepare, coach you through the interview, negotiating salary and work with you to sort out the contract details.

Step Seven

You get the job. You’re happy, the company’s happy, we’re happy.

We stay in touch to make sure everything is working out.
